Not Enrolled in eStatements?

Sign Up Today:

1. Log in to your Online Banking using a laptop, computer or our app “ECB iMobile.”
2. Click on your profile icon/Name at the top right then Service Center.
3. Click on eStatements.
4. Scroll to the Statement Delivery Preferences and Click on Blue Hyperlink “Here.”
5. A new window or tab will open, review the agreement and at the bottom of the page copy the PDF Acknowledgement Code.
6. Enter the PDF Acknowledgement code on the first screen.
7. After selecting delivery preferences, click “Accept & Update Preferences” at the bottom of the page.

Already Using eStatements?

Confirm Your Paperless Loan Bills:

1. Log in to your Online Banking account and navigate to the "eDocuments" tab.
2. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a link that says "View eDocuments." Click on it.
3. You will be directed to a new page. Please review and accept the new Terms and Conditions Agreement.
4. If you can see your loan account(s) mentioned on the "Welcome Page," you're all set! You will receive email notifications when your latest bill is available for viewing. Note: Loan accounts can only be manually subscribed to as described above.
